Hi! I am Martina and as a Functional Health Coach and Migraine Expert I love working with my clients by the motto ‘healthy with ease’.

Is it possible to strengthen the immune system in just 3 weeks?
In 3 weeks you’ll learn the most important actions you can take to start strengthening your immune system and make a good start during the course. When you keep applying what you’ve learned you are supporting your immune system a little bit more each day, building up resilience.
Do I need to change my life completely to implement the teachings?
How long do I have access to the content?

How much time do I have to invest?
Each week you get various short video lessons of max 15 minutes each that you can watch at your convenience plus a weekly live Q&A call. Depending on how much you want to implement you can calculate between 1-3 hours per week. But the more you implement the better you can take care of your body.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
I am confident that you will benefit greatly from this course, but if by the end of week 1 you are not satisfied with your purchase you will get your money back, no questions asked. After the start of module 2 a reimbursement is not possible.
Do I have to give up my preferred foods?
While limiting certain foods might be a good thing to do, it’s up to you to decide how much you are prepared to change. And sometimes it already creates a big difference if you only make a few small shifts. I am all for you becoming aware and then making your own informed choices. How will I get the content?
The modules are delivered via a course platform to which you’ll get the login a few days before the start of the course.
The Q&A calls will be held on Zoom, a cloud platform for video which is very easy to use. You will get instructions on how to access the calls. If you can’t join live you have always access to the recordings.
You will also have access to a closed facebook group for support in the community of course participants.
